Tutoring In Marlow

Here at WSB Tutoring, we provide supportive learning environments for all primary school children aged between 7 and 11, with specific focus on tutoring in Marlow and the surrounding areas for Key Stage 2 English and/or maths, Year 6 SATs and the 11+, delivered by highly experienced teachers and with fully tailored learning programmes designed with each specific child in mind.

11+ tuition in Marlow

We provide 11+ tuition classes for students from both state and private schools in the local area, including Bourne End, Beaconsfield, Cookham, Flackwell Heath, Maidenhead and Wooburn Green.

As well as small group sessions sessions, we deliver monthly workshops for students in Year 5, focusing on different aspects of the Buckinghamshire 11+ (including maths, verbal reasoning, non-verbal reasoning and English). These offer a flexible, cost-effective way to improve weaker areas to help ensure future success.

Summer holiday tuition

Consistency is key when it comes to school education and it’s very common for children to experience a small slide backwards in progress during the long summer holidays.

To help counteract this, we offer both ad hoc maths/English/11+ sessions and a dedicated week-long 11+ summer holiday camp in August, which focuses on test tips and techniques, a mock 11+ test with review sessions, and building confidence in the final weeks before the test.

Mock 11+ tests are available in April. These are open to both enrolled and non-enrolled students. There is also the opportunity to attend 11+ tuition courses or ad hoc sessions during the Easter holidays to address any knowledge gaps that may appear.
